Description: In a server with two or more media channels, creating a folder in one and selecting it, then switching back to the other channel, results in no content being shown anymore, as the "All Photos" folder option does not get re-selected when switching channels.

Expected: When switching media channels, the last folder selected in that channel (or otherwise All Photos) is selected.

Actual: When switching media channels, if the previous channel folder was not All Photos, then no folder is selected and no content shown.

Platform: Chirp Desktop, 2.10.0
